CENTRALIA, WASHINGTON / January 20, 2011 — The owners of HiLine Homes have announced the realignment of their successful company.

Ten-year partners James Moen and Bob Hollis, and founder William Sundby, will create two separate businesses and take advantage of unique market opportunities.

Sundby, who established the company in 1963, will be sole owner of HiLine Homes, a leader in on-your-site, affordable, custom-built homes.

Moen and Hollis are launching Lexar Homes, which will continue the tradition of affordable, quality construction, while offering franchise opportunities to builders throughout the Northwest.

HiLine’s 10:5:1 Warranty! will be honored by both HiLine and Lexar. HiLine will cover homes built, or being built, through offices in Grays Harbor, Woodland and Puyallup, Washington, as well as those in Salem and Central Oregon.
